Mr. Rohin Oza has over nine years of experience practicing before various courts and tribunals including the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, and Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh. He has extensive expertise in handling matters pertaining to a wide range of areas, including civil, criminal, commercial, intellectual property rights, service matters, land acquisition and tax matters.
He has assisted and briefed several Senior Advocates in highly contentious matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and various High Courts.
He successfully represented medical students, and briefed Senior Advocate before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, in a matter challenging the Madhya Pradesh Govt. Autonomous Medical and Dental PG Courses (Degree/Diploma) Admission Rules. 2016.
He also briefed Senior Advocates in an important matter before the Hon’ble Supreme Court wherein the Court laid down the principle of law with respect to quashing of Charge sheet and subsequent criminal proceedings when Special Leave Petition is filed at the FIR stage.
Furthermore, he has briefed the Senior Advocate appearing in a significant service matter pertaining to medical officers in Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He has also represented clients in matters pertaining to revenue/stamp duty in the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
He has experience in drafting and arguing matters before several judicial and quasi-judicial forums. He has been on the list of advocates on the panel of the State of Madhya Pradesh for the Hon’ble Supreme Court. He is also routinely involved in conducting due diligence for land acquisition for renewable energy power sector and representing them in land litigation.
Having graduated with a B.S.L, L.L.B. from D.E.S. Law College, Pune, he has continued to widen his scope of expertise by successfully completing Diplomas in cyber law and mergers & acquisitions, as well as being selected in Rajiv Gandhi Advocate Training Scheme, 2014 conducted at NLIU, Bhopal.
