Vaibhav started his career with Ernst & Young, which is one of the biggest professional services firms in the world with a presence in over 150 countries. He has also worked with the Delhi offices of Khaitan & Co. and Dua Associates, and in those stints, has handled several high profiles litigation for multinationals.
The major clientele handled includes market leaders such as ITC Ltd., Deutsche Bank, Essilor, Essar Power Limited, Tata Power Ltd., HINDALCO, Fareportal Inc., Grupo Sanjose, BSNL, BHEL, GAIL, Coal India Ltd., Hindustan Unilever Ltd., Indian Council of Arbitration, OPGC, U.P. Hotels Ltd., AES Corporation among several others. His diverse experience includes being an empanelled counsel for the Government of India before the Supreme Court and various other Government Departments before other forums.
Before the Supreme Court and various other Government Departments before other forums Vaibhav has in depth knowledge and expertise in litigation and alternate dispute resolution and has had the privilege of representing several national and international clients before several forums in his professional experience spanning over a decade.
He has effectively handled high stake matters and has extensively advised and represented clients independently. His conviction in offering quality legal services to one and all is commendable and in recognition of his fine work, the Courts have given him opportunities such as appointing him as an Amicus Curiae and on another occasion appointing him as a Local Commissioner.
He has vast experience in matters relating to Civil, Commercial, Consumer, Constitutional, Taxation, Criminal Laws among others and has provided opinions, including pre and post litigation advisory, on variety of issues such as the interpretation of documents/ agreements, issues arising out of various laws including Company Law, Property Law, Criminal Laws, Mercantile, Consumer Laws and various Civil Laws.
