11-point agenda billed as the “Jabalpur ghoshna patra” (Jabalpur declaration) to highlight the Indian National Congress’s stand on various contentious issues in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
Through Jabalpur declaration the party has vowed to continue in its struggle to bring those involved in the Vyapam scam to justice and pledged to work towards curbing rising crimes against women and children and to ensure that no farmer committed suicide in distress if the the party came to power in Madhya Pradesh.
On 01.04.2018 Mr. Varun K Chopra submitted a representation before the Hon’ble Chief Election Commissioner pertaining to the violation of Para 1(4) of the Model Code of Conduct read with Section Section 171B of the Indian Penal Code by Bhartiya Janta Party Leaders in Mysuru in light of the upcoming Assembly Elections in Karnataka.
